What To Expect From Me Competitive Market Analysis: After doing extensive background research, I will present you with a detailed Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). The CMA compares your house to similar homes in your area that have recently sold based on size, features and market data, including current economic conditions. Using this information and your input, I will suggest a listing price range. Recommended Home Improvements: I will tour your home and make suggestions to improvements that will increase its appeal to potential buyers. Generally buyers are attracted to houses that don't require much work. I will make sure your home is placed in the most marketable condition so you can receive a top-market price. Propose a Marketing Plan: I will work-up a comprehensive Marketing Plan that utilizes all avenues in the sale of your home. You could expect my plans to include the following components :
Offers & Closing: Soon after your home goes on the market, offers should begin to come in. I will ensure that potential buyers have adequate financing, and will require buyers to have per-approval letter from a qualified lending institution. As your agent I will also accompany the inspector when they examine your house, help you negotiate the sale and estimate closing costs.
